    DR. (MRS.) CECILIA UDOESSIEN

    I have been in public service all my life. I started work in the then Cross River State Civil Service as an Administrative Officer. I started my Civil Service career in the Department of Establishments in Calabar. From there I was posted to the Civil Service Commission where I served till September 1987 when Akwa Ibom State was created.
